•Lead development of global sourcing strategies to maximize leverage and support long-term strategic growth.
•Define, build and align global sourcing strategies maximizing Bacardi’s leverage on a worldwide basis.
•Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and sign off.
•Lead global implementation of sourcing strategies, providing support and coaching to regional leaders.
•Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices, enhancing supplier relationship management.
•Set and manage budget targets and regularly update long-term financial plans.
•Enable local/regional sourcing opportunities to support growth ambitions.
•Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
•Execute comprehensive supplier management strategies, including business reviews and top-level meetings.
•Lead category towards significant sustainability improvements in line with Good Spirited Program.
