•Develop and execute global internal communications strategy aligned with organisation's objectives.
•Translate business strategy into clear, compelling narrative for employees.
•Support major transformation, change and integration programmes.
•Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership.
•Develop town halls, leadership roadshows and global employee events.
•Prepare executive scripts, messaging frameworks, Q&A documents and toolkits for local markets.
•Ensure consistent messaging across countries and teams.
•Drive employee engagement through storytelling and dialogue.
•Manage and animate global internal communication channels such as intranet (SharePoint), internal social networks (Viva Engage) and Newsflow.
•Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communication actions and engagement metrics.
•Lead broader Communications community (Central & Local) to ensure alignment of key messages.
