Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement Compensation & Benefits with focus on simplification, harmonization, and standardization
- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle for Ayvens HQ employees including Top Management
- Advise on compensation packages for new hires and internal appointments
- Manage annual salary review and variable compensation campaigns
- Act as central point of contact for all stakeholders
- Produce HR dashboards and key social indicators
- Prepare regulatory studies, surveys, and internal/external HR reporting
- Provide decision-support tools and KPIs to HR teams and managers
- Prepare HR documentation for employee representative bodies
- Manage cost recharging for seconded employees
- Contribute to HR budget preparation
- Contribute to automation of compensation processes and tools
