Key Responsibilities
- Processing project plans and capacity requests in systems such as AWL-planner, MS Project, Navision, Dynamics and Power BI
- Working out project plans and forecasts to schedule staff and temporary staff effectively within budgets, hours and priorities
- Coordinating planning and available capacity with internal departments and overseas branches
- Managing the central mailbox and handle requests in a structured manner
- Ensuring all service teams are fully staffed and responding quickly when clients or projects need extra support
