Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and chain partners
- Advising on international contracts
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and laws (export control, privacy, anti-corruption)
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks in international activities
- Advising the board and management and fostering legal awareness
- Protecting the company's intellectual property rights internationally
- Maintaining and advising on corporate housekeeping
- Drafting and updating procedures in line with laws and regulations
- Maintaining external contacts with lawyers and legal professionals
- Monitoring legal deadlines and providing cross-functional support
- Providing legal training to colleagues
