- Manage, coach and develop a team of Account Managers for strategic accounts in Benelux
- Promote AVEVA software products and services
- Develop Strategic Account Plans and pipeline
- Coach on CRM, sales processes, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the region
- Expedite resolution of key customer complaints
- Leverage AVEVA partner ecosystem
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business data
