Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shift from transactional to value-based, multi-product Collection selling across Continental Europe.
- Architect Cloud and AI (Rovo) adoption strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of five first-line Sales Managers.
- Own the regional operating rhythm, driving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and territory strategy.
- Balance direct enterprise engagement and partner-led scale.
- Act as senior executive sponsor for strategic European accounts, anchoring value narratives at CIO/CTO level.
