Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop the regional marketing strategy in close partnership with sales and marketing counterparts within the Spanish market
  • •Deliver marketing campaigns and programs that will drive EMEA pipeline, with a specific focus on Spain
  • •Measure, analyse, and report on performance to marketing and sales leadership
  • •Be an advocate for the Spanish sales organisation
  • •Partner with regional Account-Based Marketing team, Global Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to define and execute full-funnel marketing plans
  • •Manage the Spanish activity calendar for the year
  • •Work closely with Partner Marketing & Channel Partners to drive co-marketing initiatives
  • •Connect the dots between teams to manage the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • •Leverage past campaign insights to inform new campaigns and evaluation of existing campaigns
  • •Engage with Atlassian Brand and Global Communications teams to build awareness in the Spanish market
  • •Oversee localisation and adaptation of global marketing content and materials for regional audiences
