Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to plan and prioritise vacancies, clarify role requirements, and define what 'good' looks like for success.
- Source and engage candidates through a range of channels (e.g., social media, networking, referrals, career events, community partners), building inclusive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Provide a great candidate experience by communicating clearly, setting expectations on next steps, and keeping the process moving.
- Track progress and share regular updates on vacancies, pipeline health, sourcing activity, and applicant flow.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and continuous improvement such as enhancing interview practices and making best use of internal and external talent sources.
- Create structured hiring plans with deliverables, timelines, and a clear tracking approach.
- Build strong relationships with Assurant leaders, vendors, and community partners to deliver predictable results and trusted advice.
