Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage one of the Logistics Operations Disturbance Management support teams in shift, including target setting, end year reviews, setup development actions plans, coach individual team members and define and monitor required training.
•People development to ensure department flexibility and high quality standards of work.
•Lead your teams in a continuous changing environment.
•Maintain, create or update work instructions in a skill matrix with your team.
•Support your internal customer as best possible and set the right priorities within the teams.
•Define, implement and/or improve reporting and monitoring via KPI's.
•Run the daily operations of the Logistics Operations Disturbance Management department.
•Alignment of work over the two different shifts.
