Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the whole process of installing a new machine at customer site: preparation, install, and post install phases.
•Check issues that happened during build up and test in the ASML factory.
•Prepare all documentation for the installation, like progress reports.
•Plan ahead and ensure all parts, tools, work instructions are arranged.
•Create a daily execution plan with the engineers.
•Ensure the engineers have the support they need.
•Ensure the quality of the install and cooperate closely with internal customer support departments.
•Responsible for progress & quality reporting on a daily basis.
•Act as direct link between the site and the ASML headquarters in Veldhoven.
•Follow up on quality issues and initiate structural improvement ideas.
