•Prepare the installation in Veldhoven, chase quality issues, prepare system transfer to field.
•Investigate and prepare technical and logistical deviations, ODRs, DNs.
•Oversee installation progress on site focusing on Quality, Cycle time, Cost.
•Coordinate, report, and drive installation progress.
•Develop and adjust daily plans, anticipate issues, provide first action plans.
•Drive escalation management, challenge support parties for data-driven decisions.
•Identify and address resource/help requests.
•Identify structural issues, capture learnings, share with stakeholders.
•Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
•Act as linking pin and accountable communicator between installation team and Veldhoven.
•Own Installation Quality with zero-repeat mindset, ensure ASML Quality standards.
•Foster continuous improvement mindset, standardize best practices.
