•Lead large-scale, complex projects and smaller programs impacting ASML’s facilities and operations.
•Act as primary decision-maker within project governance and manage diverse stakeholder interests.
•Provide functional leadership to internal and external project resources.
•Manage politically sensitive topics and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
•Drive and maintain safe project environments.
•Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting via CAPEX portfolio dashboard.
•Establish and challenge business cases and financial baselines.
•Drive delivery against approved budget forecasts.
•Maintain and improve project dashboards, risk registers and reporting.
•Ensure effective risk management with transparent visibility of risks and mitigation plans.
•Monitor deviations from project objectives and initiate corrective actions.
•Safeguard project quality standards during design, execution, commissioning and closure.
•Challenge proposed solutions against quality requirements and ensure BGP compliance.
•Drive quality awareness and continuous improvement within project teams.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
