- Follow evolving material legislations (REACH, changing exposure limits) and assess impact on ASML
- Continuously improve material business rules and embedding in processes and IT tools
- Inventory current way of working, industry best practices, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify gaps towards ISO45001 compliant Occupational Health Management System
- Network within ASML and peers in other industries on legislation and implementation
- Collect and analyze data from information systems to define improvement priorities
- Contribute to cross sector improvement programs
- Help embed occupational health management processes in EHS Information system
- Connect with internal stakeholders on Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene
