Key Responsibilities

•Support and advise product owners and process owners in translating detailed requirements into system solutions or process improvements.
•Configure, test, validate, and implement process and functionality changes in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
•Assess, analyze and solve complex issues via tier 3 support tickets, in support of junior team members.
•Assess new releases and features to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the application landscape.
•Collaborate cross-functionally within the HR Technology team to evaluate the impact of changes on downstream systems, business processes, and reporting.
•Apply end-to-end process thinking and embed employee experience principles into system design and configuration.
•Support talent management and development processes, including the performance cycle, succession planning, and reporting, and drive improvements together with stakeholders.
•Partner closely with local key users on knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Work from the Talent strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand future demand and impact on existing configuration.
