Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and advise product owners and process owners in translating detailed requirements into system solutions or process improvements.
  • •Configure, test, validate, and implement process and functionality changes in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
  • •Assess, analyze and solve complex issues via tier 3 support tickets, in support of junior team members.
  • •Assess new releases and features to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the application landscape.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally within the HR Technology team to evaluate the impact of changes on downstream systems, business processes, and reporting.
  • •Apply end-to-end process thinking and embed employee experience principles into system design and configuration.
  • •Support talent management and development processes, including the performance cycle, succession planning, and reporting, and drive improvements together with stakeholders.
  • •Partner closely with local key users on knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Work from the Talent strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand future demand and impact on existing configuration.
