Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve health and absenteeism policies aligned with Dutch legislation
- Translate legislation into end-to-end processes and ensure compliance across the organization
- Own the end-to-end absenteeism and health processes, including timelines, documentation, and governance
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., absenteeism duration, disability inflow) and drive performance improvements
- Align with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external providers to ensure consistent execution
- Ensure integration of policies across HR and business domains, including systems and processes
- Drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of health-related processes
