Key Responsibilities
- Swap and adjust critical parts and modules for EUV systems
- Assemble and disassemble high quality and complex parts on EUV systems
- Adjust assembled products according to specifications
- Solve technical problems during assembly with predefined action plans
- Drive continuous improvement to realize production targets
- Perform administrative and coordination duties including reporting and technical escalations
- Work inside clean room with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Execute hardware swaps on EUV Systems
- Execute general hardware activities on EUV Systems
- Perform source integration tests (calibrations and system qualification)
