Key Responsibilities
- Assess procedures for compliance with ASML safety standards and legal requirements.
- Verify that lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other controls are correctly defined and usable.
- Confirm hazards are identified, mitigations are complete, and residual risk is acceptable.
- Check prescribed tools and lifting methods are appropriate, including weight limits and margins.
- Classify or reclassify the procedure’s risk level and sign off on safety aspects.
- Align with Environmental, Health and Safety partners on high‑risk topics and escalations.
- Share best practices and improve means and methods for procedure safety across D&E.
