Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain OT and Physical Security NL Master Plans, translating long-term strategy into roadmaps and standards.
- Develop and maintain functional standards for OT and security systems.
- Act as a technical authority in design processes, reviewing and challenging designs.
- Optimize asset and system performance balancing reliability, cost, and risk.
- Provide 3rd line support for complex operational issues.
- Stay updated with industry developments and integrate innovations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate vision into operational solutions.
- Partner with Core IT to define system requirements and demand.
- Work with contract managers to define performance indicators.
- Maintain and improve work processes and documentation.
