Key Responsibilities
- Serve as end-to-end finance business partner for CRE stakeholders.
- Enable, support, and challenge business decision-making through financial analysis.
- Lead and coordinate CRE control processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, performance reviews).
- Consolidate, analyse, and communicate financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
- Understand and explain business drivers behind financial variances.
- Safeguard business cases and financial integrity by challenging assumptions.
- Organize and maintain accurate management insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, business partners, controllers, and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes and reporting.
- Share best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer.
- Act as independent driver of initiatives while aligning stakeholders across matrix organization.
