Key Responsibilities

•Assemble, integrate, and qualify products according to standard assembly procedures and quality guidelines.
•Ensure production milestones are met at the end of each shift and support smooth handovers between shifts.
•Manage materials and products: request, receive, check, store, and prepare them for use in production.
•Support introduction and integration of new products and processes by following test protocols and operational guidelines.
•Monitor manufacturing activities and proactively contribute to prioritization and planning within the team.
•Work in full compliance with safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment.
•Identify opportunities for process optimization and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
•Accurately document and report material flows, product status, shift transfers, and recurring issues.
•Support and guide less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment.
