Key Responsibilities

•Preparing and enhancing external financial communications, including earnings press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor materials.
•Supporting quarterly earnings processes and helping communicate ASM's strategy, business developments, and financial performance to the investment community.
•Participating in investor and analyst engagement activities, including meetings, conference calls, roadshows, capital markets events, and industry conferences.
•Monitoring and analyzing ASM's share price performance, valuation, investor sentiment, peer developments, industry trends, and equity research.
•Monitoring investor and analyst feedback, identifying key themes, market perceptions, and emerging topics relevant to ASM, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations.
•Developing analyses, insights, and materials to support ASM’s interactions with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
•Collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Management.
•Contributing to the continuous improvement of ASM's investor relations program, processes, and best practices.
