•Own regular performance reporting and improve clarity of insights
•Take the lead on creating high-quality board and leadership decks
•Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
•Become a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping shape the narrative behind the numbers
•Elevate the quality and consistency of reporting and storytelling across the business
•Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
•Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and outputs
