Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the channel revenue plan for Europe and Latin America, with North America added selectively
  • •Build and maintain the target account list across premium consumer electronics, Apple ecosystem partners, design forward retailers, telco specialty, and distributor partners
  • •Open new accounts end to end: prospecting, pitch, sample programs, terms negotiation, first PO, and handover to Customer Success
  • •Identify and close distributor partnerships in markets where direct retail is not viable
  • •Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, margin, payment terms, MOQs, and exclusivity
  • •Stay close to strategic accounts on commercial matters: range expansion, new product introductions, key account reviews
  • •Partner with the Customer Success Manager on account handover
  • •Partner with marketing on trade marketing strategy and launch programs
  • •Build and own the channel forecast, working with operations and supply chain
  • •Define the playbooks, account tiering, and pipeline cadence
  • •Represent Arc at key trade shows and retailer summits
  • •Feed retailer and competitive insight back into product, pricing, and roadmap decisions
