Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end design execution from concept to production-release documentation
- Translate CMF direction and design intent into manufacturable output
- Apply DFM/DFA/DFS/DFC for injection molding, sheet metal, CNC machining, welding, finishing
- Perform engineering validation: calculations, FEA, DFMEA, test-to-fail
- Create detailed GD&T drawings for tooling suppliers and CMs
- Rapid prototyping using 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting
