Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound logistics with 3PL partners, tracking and chasing shipments, resolving exceptions, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Monitor orders and review order reports to confirm deliveries are on plan; escalate issues.
- Follow up on delivery issues and manage return/repair process with Supply Chain team.
- Create shipments and occasionally pack and ship orders from HQ.
- Work with Supply Chain on inbound logistics and stock management.
- Spot process improvements and design fixes.
- Use AI tools to build dashboards, automate tasks, and create early-warning signals.
- Monitor 3PL performance, gather data, escalate issues, and propose improvements.
- Own and drive small-to-medium operational improvement projects from idea to rollout.
