Key Responsibilities
- Own digital product surfaces end to end: from user problem to shipped feature to measured outcome.
- Run discovery with users, clients, and internal teams to define problems and prioritise paths.
- Build features using AI agents across specs, code, testing, and iteration.
- Keep stakeholders informed and bought in, from leadership to teams using the product.
- Model full-loop product management for the builder group.
- Define success metrics per feature and hold yourself to outcomes.
