Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and harmonisation of HSE management systems across the European veterinary network.
- Lead the digital transformation of HSE reporting, analytics and management systems.
- Design and deliver engaging, multilingual training programmes.
- Work across multiple European markets, partnering with local teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strengthen compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to strategic and transformational priorities supporting the Petcare 2030 agenda.
- Act as a central point of contact for pan-European HSE initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, subject matter experts, senior leaders and external stakeholders.
