Key Responsibilities

•Build, test, deploy and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, statistical methods, and data mining techniques
•Clean, transform, and structure complex datasets to enable effective analysis and modelling
•Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
•Create clear and compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making
•Ensure data integrity and accuracy, identifying and addressing data quality issues
•Stay updated on emerging data science tools, techniques, and best practices, applying them to improve team capabilities
•Maintain clear documentation of models, methodologies, and processes to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing
•Adhere to best practices in data governance, quality, and ethical use of data in line with Mars policies and Responsible AI principles
