Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum.
- Actively work to maintain theoretical proficiency in assigned trainings.
- Manage the classroom to ensure an organized and productive learning environment.
- Evaluate trainee performance on a daily basis to identify opportunity areas.
- Ensure trainee success by providing coaching & feedback during training.
- Share batch-related observations with the respective Training Manager.
- Manage relevant tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Publish training reports as per the agreed standard/template.
- Collect feedback on the effectiveness of training programs/modules/content.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on the progress and needs of ongoing trainings.
- Develop, maintain and document new processes to continuously improve training.
- Support the Training Manager with delegated tasks to drive training delivery.
