Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers on a 24/7 basis
- Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
- Drive operational goals and metrics for the Delivery Station
- Present operational metrics to senior leadership team
- Problem-solve for closing gaps between performance and goals
- Hire and develop top talent; create and implement talent plan
- Work with key business partners such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering
- Manage On-The-Road execution for +30k packages
- Foster a Culture of Safety
