Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational processes and workflow of Amazon customer orders
- Monitor key performance indicators and communicate with stakeholders
- Track operations processes including Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Quality, Stock Integrity, and Transfers
- Direct contact with Vendor/3PL representatives and Amazon support functions
- Monitor progression towards key performance indicators
- Support CF Flex network including warehouse coverages, launches, closures, relocations, conversions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as local representative for Amazon, communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Identify and execute process improvements
