Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 60 Amazon Associates
- Communicate policies to Associates and act as primary information source
- Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment
- Ensure procedures for building security and product loss prevention
- Partner with management to establish and maintain quality control standards
- Develop performance goals to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy
