Key Responsibilities
- Create and lead complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable Customer Business Outcomes.
- Operate as the technical conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams.
- Provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during pre-sales.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders.
- Define cloud operating models and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams.
- Mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, drive process improvements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for stakeholders.
