Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale microservices in Kotlin for our Transport Planning team
- Design and deliver technical solutions that align with our architecture and business processes
- Hands-on development: create proofs of concept, write clean code, implement automated testing, ensure security and code quality, and set best practices
- Contribute to standards: shape and evolve our technical guidelines for long-term scalability
- Collaborate and share: bring your expertise to cross-team initiatives within the AH Stores and Supply Chain Technology Platform
- Enable growth: improve team skills and processes to deliver business value faster and more effectively
- Lead/mentor other backend developers in a microservice landscape
- Identify technical improvements and contribute to a technical roadmap
