Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle across Europe, from role intake and job posting in the ATS (iCIMS) through screening, and interviews, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance.
- Partner closely with department heads and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and execute the European recruitment strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, market trends, and talent availability.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and industry networks—to attract qualified candidates and proactively build talent pools.
- Actively participates in industry fairs to promote the company as employer of choice and attract skilled professionals in the freight forwarding industry.
- Collaborate with global HR and local HR Business Partners to ensure excellent support for the business when it comes to hiring top talent.
- Provide KPI’s (open roles per country, time to hire, turnover rate, recruitment experience, number of apprenticeships, training programs, etc.) and prepare insightful reports.
