Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle across Europe, from role intake and job posting in the ATS (iCIMS) through screening, and interviews, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance.
•Partner closely with department heads and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
•Develop and execute the European recruitment strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, market trends, and talent availability.
•Utilize diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and industry networks—to attract qualified candidates and proactively build talent pools.
•Actively participates in industry fairs to promote the company as employer of choice and attract skilled professionals in the freight forwarding industry.
•Collaborate with global HR and local HR Business Partners to ensure excellent support for the business when it comes to hiring top talent.
•Provide KPI’s (open roles per country, time to hire, turnover rate, recruitment experience, number of apprenticeships, training programs, etc.) and prepare insightful reports.
