Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day import and export ocean freight shipments in and out of the Netherlands
•Communicate with customers, carriers, ports, and internal teams to ensure timely loading, departures, and arrivals
•Prepare accurate and profitable shipment quotations based on customer requirements
•Ensure all documentation, certificates, and regulatory requirements are in place for each shipment
•Track shipments, manage exceptions, and proactively resolve delays or issues
•Handle data entry, billing, and compliance for all international ocean operations
•Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to maintain high customer satisfaction
•Ensure adherence to customer SOPs, AIT KPIs, and regulatory standards
•Coordinate with international partners and cartage agents for delivery and recovery
•Support Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with applicable laws (if applicable)
•Contribute to a safe and secure work environment by reporting risks and suggesting improvements
