Key Responsibilities
- Design & Build the DACH Post-Sales/Account Management Function
- Be an advocate for Airwallex and ensure customers utilize their investment
- Own and develop a portfolio of accounts, creating strategic account plans and conducting QBRs
- Be an advocate for customers and their voice inside Airwallex
- Guide customers in maximizing product value and driving growth
- Understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
- Lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements and multi-product sales
