Key Responsibilities

•Act as trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and expansions, shaping integration approaches and solution design.
•Partner with activation/onboarding and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.
•Work with sales teams on technical discovery to understand customer systems and recommend integration blueprints.
•Help customers troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide them through complex configuration decisions.
•Serve as subject matter expert on integration ecosystem (HRIS, accounting partners).
•Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling.
•Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
