Key Responsibilities

  • •Conducting meticulous quality inspections on aerospace composite panels and components
  • •Performing visual inspections, precise measurements, and tests to identify deviations or defects
  • •Carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to validate product compliance before shipment
  • •Conducting incoming inspections of raw materials and purchased components
  • •Performing calibrations on equipment as part of ongoing maintenance efforts
  • •Monitoring and documenting temperature and humidity conditions, especially in critical environments like our cleanroom
  • •Generating detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records for traceability
  • •Collaborating closely with engineers, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • •Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
