Key Responsibilities

•Conducting meticulous quality inspections on aerospace composite panels and components
•Performing visual inspections, precise measurements, and tests to identify deviations or defects
•Carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to validate product compliance before shipment
•Conducting incoming inspections of raw materials and purchased components
•Performing calibrations on equipment as part of ongoing maintenance efforts
•Monitoring and documenting temperature and humidity conditions, especially in critical environments like our cleanroom
•Generating detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records for traceability
•Collaborating closely with engineers, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
•Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations
