Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Electrical Engineering Team for European Industrial Gases, supporting and upgrading existing operating facilities.
•Provide Technical Authority and governance to develop, install, commission, and ensure safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.
•Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to deliver practical engineering solutions, support operational excellence, and enhance reliability.
•Oversee electrical installation projects, mentor colleagues, and promote electrical safety.
•Ensure compliance with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
•Review engineering documentation and technical studies to maintain high engineering standards.
•Contribute to the development of engineering standards, operational practices, and safety initiatives.
•Partner with Global Centres of Excellence and colleagues to share knowledge, support innovation, and contribute to emerging technology initiatives.
