•Contribute to development and implementation of financial control and reporting policies.
•Ensure alignment with corporate policies, procedures, and local requirements.
•Coordinate audits with external auditors and tax departments.
•Plan, prepare, monitor, and execute financial closing activities.
•Consolidate reporting and analyses and ensure correct application of reporting standards.
•Lead account sign-off activities and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
•Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
•Participate in and coordinate projects to establish effective financial processes.
•Act as financial point of contact for Business Controllers during close process.
•Liaise with Dutch external auditors during annual financial statement process.
