•Responsible for monthly financial closing of Etos
•Ensure accurate, complete, and timely P&L and Balance Sheet
•Make financial results quickly and clearly available to Business Controllers
•Act as financial point of contact for Business Controllers
•Investigate and resolve financial questions
•Guide and coordinate annual accounts process with external auditor
•Maintain relationships with Tax, Legal, and Internal Audit/Risk departments
•Take proactive role in improvement initiatives, optimizing financial processes
•Participate in discussions with other Financial Controllers to deepen process and business insight
