  • •Maintain visible presence in work areas to understand situations and problems
  • •Investigate problems like working conditions and grievances, provide recommendations
  • •Apply structured change management approach for projects and change efforts
  • •Develop change management strategy and mitigate risks
  • •Supervise updates of organizational data in HR Systems and assess redesign needs
