Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly financial closing of Real Estate entity
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely P&L and Balance Sheet
- Make financial results quickly available to Business Controllers
- Coordinate closing tasks for full financial control department
- Act as financial point of contact for Business Controllers
- Investigate and resolve financial questions
- Guide and coordinate annual accounts process with external auditor
- Maintain relationships with Tax, Legal, and Internal Audit/Risk
- Take proactive role in improvement initiatives, optimizing financial processes
- Participate in discussions with other Financial Controllers to deepen insight
