- Responsible for monthly financial closing of Albert Heijn Belgium entities
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely P&L and Balance Sheet
- Make financial results quickly and clearly available to Business Controllers
- Act as financial point of contact for Business Controllers
- Investigate and resolve financial questions
- Guide and coordinate the annual accounts process
- Maintain strong relationships with Tax, Legal, and Internal Audit/Risk departments
- Take proactive role in improvement initiatives, optimizing financial processes
- Participate in regular discussions with other Financial Controllers
