•Drive financial planning and control processes to support decision-making
•Deliver strategic financial insights on investments, profitability, working capital
•Identify and implement process improvements to reduce leakage and optimize working capital
•Lead finance-related transformation and continuous improvement projects across Europe
•Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and financial risk mitigation
•Deliver accurate management reporting and ad hoc analyses to senior stakeholders
