Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate board meetings of subsidiary entities and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinate induction and training of Directors.
- Work closely with Tax team on day-to-day queries.
- Handle document execution for subsidiaries, including notarisation and apostillisation.
- Ensure entity compliance and manage regulatory filings for global subsidiaries.
- Advise on board composition and assist with appointments and resignations.
- Lead entity reduction process by coordinating liquidation procedures.
- Address governance-related requests from regulators.
- Refine Legal Entity Management processes and consolidate entities globally.
- Join calls with parent entity and sister brands on re-organisations.
- Address queries related to Group Structure.
- Manage creation of new Agoda entities and maintain accurate records.
- Identify changes to group structure and prepare annual group structure chart.
- Manage direct reports and supervise distribution of work.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
