- Set the AI and innovation direction for Merchant Finance and Treasury
- Work with domains to identify and prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility, and readiness
- Lead the central Ops innovation model including structure, ways of working, and foundations
- Lead a small team of AI specialists to turn ideas into scalable solutions
- Build credibility for AI across Ops through clear thinking and practical examples
- Stay current on AI landscape and translate developments into practical implications for Ops
- Work with central business enablement and capability teams to connect new capabilities to Ops needs
- Represent Operations in central engineering to ensure priorities are understood and supported
- Track progress and value delivered, focusing on outcomes rather than activity
