Key Responsibilities
- Champion a one-to-many mindset by designing and implementing automated, low-touch, and self-service solutions for Pool Account Management teams.
- Apply design thinking principles to re-imagine systems and processes, leveraging AI and automation to solve complex problems.
- Help shape and design global Pool Operating model programs, ensuring tools and processes can be scaled and adopted by all account teams.
- Act as the voice of the Pooled Account Manager internally, ensuring their needs are addressed in process and program design.
- Be part of the global pool operating model leadership team, working with senior commercial leaders.
